Cancellation Policy

One-Time SaaS Use:
  • Customers who have purchased a one-time SaaS license do not need to provide any cancellation notice. The license expires after use, and no further action is required.

Recurring SaaS Subscription (Monthly or Annual):
  • Customers with recurring SaaS subscriptions (monthly or annual) are required to give a minimum of 30 days’ notice for cancellation.
  • Cancellation requests should align with the end of the subscription period, which can be either the end of the month for monthly subscriptions or the end of the year for annual subscriptions.

On-Premise License (Annual Subscription):
  • Customers with on-premise licenses, billed on an annual basis, must provide a 60-day notice for cancellation.
  • The cancellation notice should align with the end of the annual subscription term, which typically coincides with the end of the calendar year.
